I have an odd problem. I am not getting all the Alerts on my BI android app. Of the three cameras on BI, only one is effected. I have the app installed on an android smart phone and an android tablet, both are effected. All the Alerts show up fine in BI on a Win10 desktop PC. This is Alerts only, the video feed is fine on the BI apps and on the desktop. One other odd behavior: If I manually trigger the problem camera it shows up on both the PC and in the BI app. I have compared the settings for all the cameras and they look identical. Is there anything else I should check.
It was working fine in the recent past.
Any help will be appreciated.
