Not all cameras listed under Alerts

I have 7 cameras currently setup, but not all of them have a folder under alerts.
Looking at the Alerts folder (as set in Storage) I only see Garage & reolink. The reolink has nothing but *.dat files and Garage has a couple of *.dat files and a whole lot of JPEG's.
Haven't been able to find any settings that are different between these cameras that's causing this. Also a couple cameras don't appear to be showing under the Alerts view in BI when motion is detected (ie me walking in front of it)

With that little bit of information it is difficult to even guess the possible causes, for starters what version of BI are you using, are you using the CPAI addon?

The screen capture that you have included would not show each camera with a folder unless you have each camera recording to individual folders, which you might have done for the Garage and Reolink cameras on the "Record" tab for the camera

Can you provide some screen captures of the setup for one of the cameras that is not showing up, so that we can see your settings? The following screens would be helpful "Motion/Trigger", "Record" and "Alert", this is assuming that you are running a relatively current version of BI as the settings are getting moved around a bit lately!

You bet, here is some more info.
BI Version = 5.8.1.3
Using CPAI only on my older cameras. It is not being used on the reolink, garage or Driveway (screenshots of below). Let me know if I need to drill down deeper in any of these.

When I click on the little tree I have these options, but it will still only show registered alerts.. Are you certain you have alerts and recording set up for all the cameras? BI alerts.png

So I can see that CAM8 is recording to the "New" folder and will not have it's own folder in the alerts drop down box, I am sure that if you check the Reolink camera it might be set to use the 'Reolink" folder!

Nope, I double/triple checked and all Cameras are set to the "New" folder.

Yes, I verified everything this morning. So Driveway is showing alert clips, it just doesn't have a folder under "Alerts".
However I have 2 other cameras in the garage and neither is showing in the clips section when walking in front of them. I disabled CPAI on one, the other one is still enabled, but nothing.

As you can see below the settings are the same as the Driveway one.

The 2 SWAN bullet cameras in my Garage are the only ones I can't reliably get to show an Alert in the Alerts view. They are fairly old from 2016 so I might just look into replacing them with something nicer/newer.

Still baffled why the reolink/Garage cameras have folders in the Alerts folder though. The Garage camera is even brand new.

Do you have alerts set to show confirmed only? Right click on the alerts bar. The other camera alerts that aren't confirmed might be filtered out visually. Since you're on an older version this filter might be in another locationBi alerts 21.jpg

I see all the cameras when I go to all clips. Of course that doesn't show just alerts, but the whole recording.
At this point I imagine it has something to do with the age of the cameras and tweaking the sensitivity settings.

I am a bit confused, is the issue that you think that there should be a folder showing up under alerts for each camera?

I have eight cameras on one system and 18 cameras on another system and none of them show up with seperate folders under alerts, and they are all recording alerts properly. I am at a loss as to how there is a folder showing up on your system in the drop down box,

As am I, and why there are files for these 2 specific cameras. I've gone through the settings of each of the cameras multiple times and cannot find any difference.
