If I log on to my Blue Iris system using a web browser over WAN everything works as expected. But, if I log on over WAN using my Blue Iris app on either iOS or Android I get the color bars on each camera view (see attached). However, if I log on over LAN it works fine. Also, I have a separate Blue Iris installation at a separate location. I can access that using my Blue Iris app without any problems.

Any idea what the problem might be or where to start looking? It worked at one point.
