I used to get the option of showing/hiding disabled cameras when I right-click in the white space of the camera window. Now no matter where I click or even if there is a camera highlighted or not, I only get a camera-specific menu that starts with 'Camera settings...'. Even with no camera highlighted and clicking in the white space. It seems to default to the settings menu of the camera I am clicking nearest to. I have resorted to pulling up the camera tab of the status viewer where the disabled cameras are shown and invoking their settings page from there. Any ideas? Thanks.

These settings are now specific to each group's layout.
Try clicking the new 'Edit layout' button ... it's after the gear beside the group selector.
