Hi

I have a couple of Dahua cameras where the IP Filter menu isn't available.

This is despite getting a "The IP address of your computer is not in the IP filter addresses" warning when trying to connect from a new computer.

So it appears the IP filter is active, even though the menu item is missing.

DH-SD42212T-HN

System Version 2.622.0000000.3.R.T4.1216.3N.NR, Build Date: 2018-01-16

On other cameras where I can get to the IP filter menu, the firmware is 2.600.0005.0.R, Build Date: 2016-12-19

Does anyone know where I can get the 2.60 firmware so I can try downgrading the cams I can't get to?

Our recommendation is to get firmware from the vendor you bought the camera from. Otherwise you run the risk of bricking it or turning it into Chinese.

Have you tried using Explorer?

Yeah, tried Chrome, Edge, Internet Explorer, and Firefox. Setting it back to factory defaults has got around it. I still can't see the IP Filter menu, but it's cleared the filter entries. I suspect it's had the wrong firmware applied, hence me wanting to go back to the older version that's working on most of the other cameras.
