No Audio in UI3?

Just noticed yesterday that the volume icon is gone and I can no longer listen to live audio or turn the audio on in clips.

Did an update cause issues?

Insure that the "Streaming Quality" at left is NOT set to any form of "JPEG".

Outstanding, I must have fat fingered it or something and not realized it.
