Newb Update Question

New member here, greetz from San Diego CA.

I currently have BI v3.66 which I purchased from Foscam. The software is activated and works. I wanted to update to v4 and use my discount code, but whenever I push the "update" button nothing happens. I also tried the "Update64" software from the BI site, but that won't work either.

So what do I do? I want to upgrade and I want to apply the discount coupon. Thanks for any help.

I believe with Blue Iris 4 you have to download the new version from the website but you will have the opportunity to enter the discount code. You can read some threads on the forum about upgrading, I didn't have a problem, it kept the settings from Blue Iris 3, but I did have to tweak a few things. You should still be able to try before you buy.

Thanks so much for the reply. I was indeed able to enter the discount code and process the upgrade. I installed the downloaded file, made some minor tweaks and am working fine now. Thanks again!
