New NVR using existing cameras from old NVR

Hello, I'm upgrading an old NVR, some of the cameras were connected directly and some via IP. I plan on plugging all these cameras directly into the new NVR, do I need to reset any of the cameras or passwords etc so they're easily added to the new system?
