New issue with EZviz DB1 Doorbell Cam

Hello all, I've had the Ezviz DB1 doorbell camera for about a year now, using it with both the EZviz app and Blue Iris with no issues until just recently. The camera still works fine in the EZviz app but now it keeps showing up on BI with just the top part of the view showing. Still the whole window but only showing top part of view, see attached photo. Usually I can right-click the window in BI and tell it to restart the camera and it will came back to proper view. But it may only stay that way a few minutes before reverting back to the screwed-up view. I've reset the doorbell numerous times, have the latest firmware, etc, all to no avail. Anyone have any ideas what could be happening? And how to fix it?? Thanks!
