new hilook ptz need password

just got ptz22041.it shows up oline on sadp and also on my dvr but i don`t have a password . on sadp it says active but i keep trying passwords to modufy but no good. any ideas. thanks for any help

if i reset to factory settings , can i then use a new login and password?

If you have reset button , use it. Then reactivate with your own password.
