New Dahua, how to install

Purchased my first Dahua, an IPC-HDW4231EMP-ASE. I found the Dahua config tool, and connection the camera to POE ethernet. But I cannot find the camera on the network.

First, i don't see a power light on the camera, am I missing something?

Second, is there a way to find the camera other than the config tool? I tried using admin for both userid and password. Also 888888 and 666666 and default.

Finally, what is the best way to contact Andy at Empire? I am new to AliExpress and couldn't find my way there.
 
There is no "power" light on the camera. Your router, if it's PoE, will show you a power connection, or should anyway, and/or a network connection to indicate the camera is operating. In the config tool on the top there is a box to enter the address range. Dahua cameras come with an address of 192.168.1.108, so enter an appropriate range for the search and make sure you have no other devices on your network with the same address.
