Have an existing Hikvision system, 8 cameras,16 channel NVR that has been working well. Last week added a Hikvision mini PTZ (DS-2DE3A400BW-DE). It worked as it should for 2 weeks then all of a sudden intermittently and now not at all. The IR is on but when using the app it comes up as offline...help!

By "app" do you mean on a phone, the NVR's embeded webGUI or on a video monitor connected to the NVR?
Because the PTZ is intermittent, if the PTZ is powered by a POE NVR, is it possible the PTZ, which specs say needs 16W, is more than the power available from the NVR either total power budget for ALL cams or from one POE port?
