I have been running Andys version of the 5442 for w few weeks. I have motion detect turned off, no rule in the ivs and I still get ivs alerts in the timeline. I logged into the nvr turned off all ivs .
When I log in to the camera via web turn off smart plan turning the light bulb gray and apply it says operation successful. I log out of camera and than immediately log back in the smart plan light bulb is green (active as well as the meta data icon. I can't figure out what I am doing wrong. I guess my next option is a factory reset. Any guidance is much appreciated. Merry Christmas everyone.
