X XrayZ n3wb Apr 2, 2017 15 0 Apr 2, 2017 #1 I have outdoor using Hikvision 2Mp WiFi cam DS-2CD2020F-IW now with V5.4.5 build 170123 that recording to microSD card (only 64Gb ((( according to manual, its a too small). According to the wind&trees around i cant use motion detection func in cam (around a car), only intrusion detection in selected area. In first Hik worstest firmwares, camera even cant connect to the 300mbps Asus router on 150mps, only 50, works only in 2.4Ghz. Also poor cable WiFi antenna. The problem i have - must use all firmware for different operations, no manually usable solutions: - only in lastest cam firmware i see at last more working alarm in Ezviz, receive sound alarm in phone but no possibility to change alarm sound and see black screen when opening each alarm with chineese text (Ezviz from Google market). List pf alarms now can be saved in phone. But thats all, no alarm picture, no alarm short video, no colors in time line. Pressing to HD button in Ezviz you change recording quality in settings !!! -Native IVMS-4500 works bad. -IVMS-7000 works better and gives possibility to see alarms videos, not alarms pictures. No color marking in timeline also as no in Ezviz. No alarms saved list, they are autodeleting once after viewing. - for downloading alarm pictures and recordered parts of videos i must use PC with iVMS-4200, also for cutting video. In other iVMS-4200 i dont like and use or web browser or third party soft, more easy and more usable. - hikvision over 2years cant finish their poor worst firmware, from ezviz even a now customer can change recording quality thinking that changing viewing quality and so on - and i think that need another, more stable, more usable solution to receive alarms to Android phone and possibility to quick seach/viewing video with alarm part. - i disable option "transfer alarm pictures to ftp" (4 pic series) because this option decreasing wifi speed - AND RECORDING QUALITY TO SD CARD IS AUTOMATICALLY LOWERED without me !!! - viewing archive each time starts from starting rec (2days ago) in all apps, but in Ezviz a little more comfortable, generally poor in all. - Hikvision dont have any support, their dealers in my country such as Viatek are worst, i stop talking with them - no result. Please recommend me working solution (3-4mp ip cam) where will work intrusion detection in selected area and where alarm immediately sendings to phone and with possibility of quick viewing alarm video/pictures.
