Having 2 irritating problems with snapshots. One is setting the size, on the Dahua 5216 NVR and Dahua camera both have a menu tab to set photo size, but it seems to be disabled. There's another tab that has photo quality 1-6, but that leads to my other problem -> I can't get the NVR to send a photo attachment with the emails (or SMS), so I can't compare photos. Sends emails fine just with no photo. Any suggestions?
