Need help with Hikvision 8708-P8 with external POE, camera not showing

I am having problems using an external POE with the NVR. Both cameras work fine on the NVR but when I connect one to the Poe switch in another room it is not detected. What could I be doing wrong?

You need to manually enter the cameras ip address...
