I have Amcrest, Amcrest baby monitors, Foscam indoor/outdoor all ip cameras.
Is there one software that will let me monitor all my cameras?

No problem
I use Blue Iris and can highly recommend it.
There is a learning curve and it can be challenging but there's lot of help in the BI Forum
