Mounting Questions

Hi, first time poster. I purchased four DS-2CD2135F-IS from Ali and have a few questions

1. Should i mount to the outside of my house without a junction box? The width of the pigtail will involve a large hole in the side of my home.
2. If not, which junction box will fit my dome cameras?

The decision to mount direct to house or not is going to be up to you. In the end it comes down to whether or not you can accept having a large hole in your siding if you choose to go without a junction box to accommodate the pig tail.

thank you for the reply! That brings me to the answer for question #2, anyone know which hikvision junction box will fit?
