Mounting a PFA121 on top of column / angle options?

I would like to mount another camera next to my ANPR on the top surface of the column.
Right now the ANPR is zoomed in for car license plate so my companion camera will be to monitor people walking past.
It would have to be slightly angled down as the column is high and the road is downhill.

Ideally, I'd like another gooseneck but they don't seem to make one for Dahua bullet cameras.
One hack I though of was to mount a PFA121 on an angle with washers but that seems janky to me.
Mounting to the side of the column is an option but would mean routing a cable through the closed column which could be a PITA or exposed conduit which would be pretty ugly.

Open to suggestions!
