I have Blue Iris (v 4.5.6.2) and 4 Dahua cameras. All is fine except for my back yard camera (IPC-HFW4300S), which is not recording motion at the top of the image. I confirmed the zone and hot spot masking is cleared. I have the same model camera for front yard, and it detects motion in all areas not masked. Screen shots of trigger settings are attached.
Could this be a hardware problem, and if so, can anyone recommend troubleshooting techniques?
