Motion detection sensor ? (no camera)

I need a simple motion sensor that advise me on smartphone in alarm case.
I already know MYDLINK DCH-S150 but I want know alternative.

My alternative answer would be if you have the skills DIY with an ESP8266 and a PiR sensor for $10 ;-)

But this DLINK model seems to be a good product with 8/10 on ThrustedReviews

There is also this product but more expensive Proteus M5 Wi Fi Motion Sensor w/ email & text alerts and I don't think it's better.

May be you could look at Mi-Home Xiaomi products they may have one too.

D-link DCH-S150 is ok but missing, for now, the possibility to trigger it on Tasker (for now trigger with Amazon and IFTTT and naturally with D-link app)
