Hi,
I've been reviewing my security footage quite frequently as of late. I have noticed that on the timeline huge chunks of detected motion also show nil recording at the same time.
It's not a direct 1:1 motion=no record but it's more than likely to cut out before and or after it's listed on the timeline. Is this a visual glitch? Am I actually losing my recordings during this time? I did a quick playback and it seems like the time skips.
One thing to note: I have only seen this occur after I upgraded my Dahua NVR to the latest firmware... looking at the dates before and after by one day shows there has been a change.
Camera models: IPC-HDW2421R-ZS, IPC-HDW4431C-A-V2
NVR: DHI-NVR5464-16P-4KS2
Please see attachments for comparison of MOTION VS VIDEO LOSS on timeline.
