Hi all
I have push alerts to my mobile triggered by movement and i get lot of alerts , so i have configured AI and the AI is good at detecting persons and i get alerts on my phone but i still continue to get the movement alerts as well when there is movement by cars etc, is there a way to limit the alerts to only when the AI detects a person
 
Yes. You have a setting incorrectly setup. Post screenshots of your alert settings.
 
You have to then put in the AI required alerts so that you only get alerts for the AI stuff. Right now you are getting an alert for every trigger.
 
That screen is for alerts to see on timeline.

For alerts to phone that is under the alerts tab where you tell it what to send you an alert for.
 
Get rid of the notification action under "Immediate Actions". From the documentation:
5.4.2 - April 6, 2021
A new action set “immediate actions” has been added to the Trigger tab in camera settings.
This action set runs before alert AI confirmation.
