I have an app on my android wear watch that makes the homescreen an mjpeg stream from my retail store that is very handy. The only issue I am having is that the watch gets overwhelmed by the stream even though I have it set to 320x320 @ 50% quality. It will work then pause and then run a whole bunch of frames through really fast to catch up. The real solution would be for the developer to make the app grab frames at a rate of 1 fps and I have communicated with him about it, and he will probably eventually do it, BUT does anyone know a way in the mean time I could throttle this stream? It doesn't matter to me if it is native to BI or not but that is preferred of course. The simpler the better
