MJPEG Camera not recording

Running into an issue with two MJPEG cameras not getting recorded, the camera loads in BlueIris and i can see the stream but nothing gets recorded

below is the config for the camera and its record settings

All my other cameras have RTSP streams and they get recorded properly.

I have removed and added the camera back and it made no difference.

Any thoughts?

set to continuous + trigger or just continuous. Understand what continuous + alerts actually means.
