Missing footage

Good morning,

I had an incident I wanted to review but when I tried to pull up the footage there was large chunks of footage missing. Do you know how I can fix this issue? There's other cameras with missing footage as well.

What is the spec on your PC?
Windows and BI on an SSD, and Big storage drive holding video? Is the computer power settings set up to never go to sleep or hibernate?
What is the make of the Hard drive holding video? Some will try to save energy if they sense they are idle and park the heads and spin down.
