I have the blue iris android app, but I get notifications basically when the stars line up correctly. There is nothing concrete as to when I get them vs when I don't. I can see in the logs that it says alert has been pushed, but I don't get them. Sometimes they arrive really late, sometimes it just doesn't. Sometimes when I manually open the BI app, they seem to come in. Is there any troubleshooting that I can see why it doesnt work?
Additionally, some times the notifications seems to disappear (when doing other stuff). Is there an android setting to go back and see the notification?
