Matching junction box for Hikvision DS-2CD2542FWD-IWS/4 4Mp

I got another Hikvision DS-2CD2542FWD-IWS/4 4Mp (compact dome camera).
I am again in need of a shallow junction box to hide the cable wig. I only need the power going through the wall. I don't think I can or want to make a big cavity in a door header.

I had a situation when I needed a canopy for the same camera in past when I installed it on a 4"x4". At the time I found a product on ebay that came close bit was not an exact fit:

Hikvison doesn't list a product on their website.

Looking for any recommendation...

BTW. the camera mount is ~120mm So, a box 120mm or larger (if there is a cover) would work.
Is thee some generic product or from another brand that could work? Ideally I am looking for a slight wedge.

go to home depot's wiring isle, they have an assortment of boxes both plastic and metal.. you should find what you need, I got a metal one so it'd be easier to paint and more secure.
