NO SOUND IN THIS VIDEO.

A male fox was all over the neighborhood continually after midnight catching birds. He also made a couple of appearances at the food dish that I had set out for Mama Fox. Both of my outdoor male cats, who spend most of their time in the back yard, kept watch on the food dish. The fox could see the cats. Rex, my handicapped cat, and the fox got into a fussing match. Leo, who is out of sight, stayed out of the brief argument.

On a side note, I so much want to toss both of my Dahua SD4A425DB-HNY PTZ cameras in the alley dumpster. They just stink at night, are rarely in focus at night, and are seriously bad on close-ups. The problem is I don't want foot-long-plus PTZ cameras hanging underneath the roof overhang area. :banghead:

I’m right with ya.
I have mine doing LPR duty at night being fortunate to have short distances and enough ambient light for it to get a focus. One in a million scene that works.

If not for that it would already be gone. Nighttime shows the underpowered IR and dare I say for the 2,674,389,491 that time, a 1/2.8 sensor on 4MP camera SUCKS

If not for that it would already be fine. Nighttime shows the underpowered IR and dare I say for the 2,67,389,491 that time, a 1/2.8 sensor on 4MP camera SUCKS
I turned off the IR when I pointed the camera where I set the dishes. My cats "helped" me realize how much worse the video would have looked if I had kept the IR on and glowing white alien eyes shined into the camera. Of course that might have helped people not notice how out of focus the video was.

Dahua should be ashamed to produce such crap. :(
