I have been working on streaming netbotz 160 camera pods from a Netbotz 550 to my blue iris server and FINALLY made it work. I don't know if this is helpful or if this is a good thing to post here but figured it might help someone...please feel free to delete this post.

What worked:
Configured Blue Iris using:
Make: Generic, JPEG/GIF/etc. image requests.
Used this URL: /images/nbOwlEnc_0_CAMERA/640x480/campic.jpg&dummy={FTIME}

Please note that this section of the URL (directory) must match the camera connected when you inspect the element in the web browser:
nbOwlEnc_0_CAMERA

For instance, I have 3 pods attached which are:
nbOwlEnc_0_CAMERA
nbOwlEnc_1_CAMERA
nbOwlEnc_2_CAMERA

The easiest way to find the URL (directory) is to:
1. Use a web browser to connect to the APC device
2. Click on the Cameras Tab
3. Right click on the image (video stream) displayed and select inspect (Chrome)
4. The URL is displayed under elements in the inspection window

If anyone needs screen shots, I'm happy to provide.

I haven't tried masking or alerting yet. That's next.

Holy cow that equipment is expensive (and probably terrible compared to modern security cameras), but useful information nonetheless in case anyone is googling for how to do exactly that.
