Hopefully you live in a state where giving this info to the police will result in them doing something.

I gave the info to the neighbors none of them called the police.

Your mailbox and cameras may have been expensive enough for felony charges had they hit it.

It looks like he took out his windshield. The occupant shot appears to show the passenger side smashed. That's going to cost them as no doubt it will be hard to drive around with a smashed windscreen by leaving it without attracting the attention they don't want.

In the UK it would be an instant pull as we have very strict vehicle laws over here.
