I have several LTS cameras that I am trying to access with the camera IP address through the LTS Platinum site. The guy that originally set the cameras up was using Geovision software. I have since upgraded to Blue Iris and am trying to access the cameras but the login and password won't take. I have tried all the usual passwords like admin and 12345 but they dont work. The guy that originally set the system up is no longer available. Is there any way to reset the the login and password or will I have to go through LTS ?

Thank you Ssayer. I have the CMIP33** Series & CMIP38** Series cameras. I did try that on one of the cameras and it didn't work. I will have to try it again. Thanks again for your response.
