Lorex NVR loud fan replacement

Hey guys, first of all glad to be part of this amazing group and looking forward to learn about the cool world of IP cameras.

So here is my issue hoping someone can help: I have an 16 channel Lorex IP system with NVR model # LNR416S-N. Problem is that the fan (EFB0412HHD) inside the DELTA power supply is extremely loud. According to specification sheet attached, it can reach 34db Max!! I'm looking for a way quieter replacement. Any suggestions?
