Hi, I'm looking to buy an easy to setup up ip camera or any other camera that has a slot for SD or TF cards. It has to have at least a 20x optical zoom and my budget is $200 to $400. I tired the Sunba 507 camera but it was too much of a headache to use so I returned it. Any suggestions would be appreciated?

x2, specifically the Black Face Dahua as we've affectionally coined it... you wont find anyone complaining about em here; just oooing and aweeeing over there incredible performance and quality.
If you import em they can be had for around ~$400, if you get em locally add a couple hundred.
