Looking for my next doorbell

I am considering changing my current analogic intercom with a video "IP" doorbell.

My requirements would be:

• Ethernet connection
• POE power supply
• 1 button
• 1 relay output to trigger the gate latch.
• 1 RFID card reader to open the gate
• Water proof (Will be located on the column of my garden gate)
• cam compatible with BlueIris
• An indoor monitor reliable and easy to use by my kids and wife.
• Reasonable price.

- Bonus: Ability to pickup the call from my mobile phone, even if i am not at home.

However i am a little bit confused with the choice of indoor monitor (VTH) . I am not sure what is the best choice.
Any advices ?

Any other recommandations regarding the dorrbell itself ?
