Looking for cheap IP cam to allow observation of CNC machine

Hi,
I need a low cost mini indoor IP camera that can be viewed via browser, preferably on port 80. My search is only finding cameras that require an app on a smart phone. Can anyone suggest a low cost small camera? I thought the TP-Link Tapo C110 might work, unfortunately not.

I will be mounting this camera to my wood CNC machine to watch the carving of the wood. Some of my control apps have a camera window, but these damn mini cameras only work with phones.

• What do you consider "cheap" ?
• Can it be or must it be POE/wired?
• Is the browser desired for viewing running on a PC?

I consider any in the $50 or less cheap
I needs to be wifi only
The browser hardware platform is windows.

+1^^ re: the Amcrest (Dahau OEM) IP2M-841, I've got 3 of 'em for going on 5 years.

FWIW, I've had a wireless TP-LINK C-110 streaming RTSP to VLC on a PC for 9 hours now, no cloud, no Internet, no hiccups.
