Hi all - title says it all.
I'm not NEW to IP cams, but I don't have a lot of experience with them. I have set up a lot of app-based cams for friends and family in the past, but now looking for something specific myself.
I am looking for a fairly-priced WiFi IP webcam with Pan/Tilt that I can set up to access remotely through a VPN to check on my home / cat when I am away. I don't want one that needs an App to use/set up. One that preferably has it's own webpage would be nice (as in I enter the IP of the webcam on my own network and I can adjust settings / view it from there, etc).
Maybe such a thing doesn't exist, but I figure you folks know far more than I!
