looking for a service to get rtsp from external without ip

Hello everyone,
i am lookin for a system to get rtsp by dynamic ip and not by open 554 and 80 in router.
example: if in location where i put webcam they change router or reset by itself, i can't enter and get rtsp.
I need go to re programm so far from my office.

Anyone can help me?

The best way would be use a VPN. Then you could use a dynamic DNS setup from someone like
