Looking for a Camera that will do this:

4K or better 360 degree viewing with four spliced fixed lenses paired with a 48X-60X PTZ
No IR or LED's as that will scare the wildlife
It must have advanced AI to be able to differentiate between humans, vehicles, Emu's and cats
Wiper
Under $100. Can go $200

Unlike bigredfish, I don't ask for much at all . . . all I want is a good medium sized PTZ camera that actually works decently at night. That's all I want, Dahua.
