Looking for 8tbPurple HDD - Anyone see any presidents day deals?

So I’m looking for an 8tb purple hard drive, 5640 rpm.
I’ve missed a few “open box” auctions on ebay. They just sell to close to new for my liking. “Open box” has a price.

Anyway, been looking for a presidents day deal and I’m coming up empty. Anyone see any deals I’m missing?

If you sign up at westerndigital.com they’ll give you a 10% coupon. At least then you can feel relatively secure it’s actually what it says it is and not some random open box who knows who did what with it

You got me looking on westerndigital.com and I find they have a senior citizen discount of 15%. You must be 55 or older. Age verified by a 3rd party. I can only imagine the crap you would get signed up for.

I’ll be 55 in about 3 weeks. I didn’t know I was a senior citizen.
