I'm trying to update the firmware in my Herospeed IP camera, but it fails.
My current firmware version is FG4_16NR_BVH0L0A0T0Q0_V1.0.5.220312_R1, and when checking for a newer version I get FG4_16NR_BVHB_V2.0.2_2.0.2.230607_R4 as the latest available. I have downloaded it and tried to install it with a GIU - the progress bar slowly fills up and then it logs me out. When I log back in, I'm still on the same firmware. So I've tried to use the search tool, here it throws an error "Upgrade package error".
Any ideas?
