Locating New firmware

Hello,
I've located a few of these hikvision camera's with some vulnerabilities after doing scans against a client's network. I was able to find firmware for a couple of the models and take care of it, however, the following model I can't find firmware for anywhere. Hoping someone else is more knowledgeable about locating this than I am. The model here looks alot different than the others I've encountered (HES303-MB)

This one is taking, however, it's showing as V5.4.0 170123 - the camera's currently have V5.4.0 build 170313 - The vulnerabilities I'm trying to patch out of these cameras seem to be patched only in V5.4.800 build 210813 - is this build not available for these models?
 
Unfortunately in these cases, acceptance of risk involved (even in an internal network) is not an acceptable solution. These will need to be replaced sooner than later if I can't get the firmware updated on them.
