I went to Ui3 today and can't get in. It just keeps telling me these things Loading Camera List Fail/Loading Timeline Busy. I have never had this happen in all the years I have owned BI. What is wrong?

Is BI running on your PC?
Have you tried to reboot the BI PC?
Did BI update recently & what version of BI are you currently running?
Are you trying to access BI with UI3 from your local lan or from the internet?
A few details might be useful to make some suggestions as to the problem!

BI is running on a dedicated PC. I rebooted. I stopped service. I uninstalled and reinstalled. I updated BI, and then reinstalled older versions.
I am trying to access BI from Ui3 both local and remotely.
I can get into BI itself, but nothing from the Ui3 interface.
On my phone it pops up but everything is just gray.

What happens many times is a Windows update changes your BI server's LAN properties from private to public. Simply change it back to private and all is good in the world.

Hopefully that is your problem!

Sorry for the ignorance, how do I change the BI LAN properties from public to private?? Where do you mean?

It's not in BI, it's in Windows and is the network properties of the NIC (Ethernet or Wi-Fi card) that BI uses to connect to your LAN.

I went and checked the settings. It was on Private and not Public. I wish that would have been the case. It was not. Now I have to keep searching. I have stopped the service. I have uninstalled and reinstalled. I don't know what else to do????????????????????????????????

This is just one of 7 servers that I work with. This software has been running great on this site for over 4 years. Not any of the other servers have had problems.

1 week ago we got fiber and it worked great. Yesterday they changed our ip address like an IPS does. Today, this is happening with the problem. Coincidence?

Locally we use the local LAN ip of the server. That doesn't work. Remotely we have been using Tailscale. That doesn't work. So, I switched it to the new WAN ip address with port forward. That doesn't work. Nothing I have tried works today. Over 4 years of working and then one day, bam.

I'll venture that the new fiber modem's LAN/gateway IP is a completely different subnet from what the BI server was on before.
If so, log into the new fiber modem's webGUI and change its LAN to the same subnet as the BI server.

This system is the EXACT same system as another system I run. Same networking equipment, same cameras, same fiber, same everything. One has been working with this fiber for almost a year now. The other, was just hooked up a week ago. It worked fine for almost 6 days. Then today, not so much.

The issue stated in another thread (below) will likely not be resolved until the issue in THIS thread is resolved.
