Linking phones to BL help.

I have all my dahau cameras running and recording on a pc. I am not good with computer's. I hired a computer guy to come over Wednesday to hook my phone and my wifes to the system. Will i need both phones for him? Do i have to pay a fee for both phones? Is there anything i should also have ready for computer guy or suggestions. Theres fiber to my house. Huge thanks

What program do you use to record on the PC ?

Have the software guy explain in detail what he is going to do. There are easy setups to view your cameras, that will allow your home network to get hacked. If he says anything about opening ports, you are at a security risk.

It is strongly recommend to set up a VPN (use openVPN it is free). IT provides maximum security for the inbound connections. It is recommended to use the BI phone app on your phones. There is one for android and one for apple, $10.00. Or you can use a web browser UI3 to access BI.

Your home network security is your primary concern.

If your installer tries to sell you something with a monthly charge kick him out the door.
