License number I have not been emailed

Hello All,

I am a BI user 3 and bought version 4 with the discount code (via paypal)

My license number I have not been emailed.
License version 3 does work with the v4 (ok ok)


I can not do the update with the help of the popup to version 3 via 4 (bug ??)


I have made a full installation of version 4 (that works) in 64 bits.
But I have no license number.


Why by paypal the licence number is not send ?

You need to email blue iris support...this is just a user forum and is not monitored by the blue iris developer.

Blue iris does not answer any emails for support I've tried 1/2 a dozen times for support on getting hot zone alerts.

Check your spam folder..are you sending your emails here http://blueirissoftware.com/support/
Also this forum is not monitored or run by the developer of blue iris..The developer is a one man shop (that is why the software can be sold so cheap) so sometimes it takes a while to get a response...
Most issues can be resolved here..what is the problem you are having?
