Perhaps nice to see how the Law Enforcement Officers work here.
First Bike patrol at 03:00 AM
Other night they were in a Patrol Car.
This is my hikvision 5220 PTZ in color mode. Bit more noise, but better recognition for me.
It is around this time at night the most car thiefes go through neigborhood, so the do extra checks it seems.
