I have NVR, DS-7616NI-Q2 / 16P, currently installed the latest firmware from hikvision.com international website
Firmware version: V4.30.085 build 210409
Encoding version: V.5.0 build 210406
Web version: V4.0.1 build 201029
Plugin version: V3.0.7.38
Sometimes (once a couple of months), the NVR unit reboot itself which lead me to think there's bug in the firmware
Right now, the Play-back feature in Internet Explorer has stopped working. There is a pop-up windows that said "Playback failed" when I tried to play back a recorded clip.
The Internet Explorer version 21H1 (OS Build 19043.1415)
Live-View still works OK
Prior to this, all has been working normally: play back and live view
Is this the best firmware for this NVR model (this comes with 16 PoE ports) or anything else better?
