LA View NVR died - Replacement recommendations

I have an LA View setup with 8 POE cams and the lv-n9808c8e NVR. Original system was this LA View Kit

The NVR died and I am looking for a simple replacement without buying new cams, installation, etc.

I think the lv-n9808c8e is made by HIKVision so do I have to buy an HIKVision or a new LAView cam? I vaguely remember that many of the NVR's are compatible with various cams.

I havent looked at this stuff in a very long time so don't know what the current thinking is. Definitely looking for easy plug and play here!
