Just bought the hardware and built my Blue Iris server today. It is an Intel Skylake i3-6100, Gigabyte GA-H110M-A, 8GB of memory, 60gb SSD and a 3TB WD Purple. Right now it is running Win 7K Ultimate 64. But I'm wondering if I need to upgrade it to Win 10? For reference, I'll have a max of four Hikvision cameras (Three 2.8mm turrnts and one 4mm bullet) running at 1080p probably direct to disk, motion activated with as high a frame rate as the server can comfortably stand.

Upgrade to 10 and then install Classic Shell. A+++ result IMO from a guy who's been on Windows since 3.1. And thanks to @fenderman for the Classic Shell tip which pays off in spades; thanks bro.
