I have a Jennov 1080P 30X PTZ camera and if I get BI to turn of the IR in the alerts it stays on, BUT the picture at night will go to colour as there at bright street lights. Also I cant get the zoom or speed to work.

Is there a way to get the PTZ commands from the camera ?.

Or do I just keep changing the camera make & model to find one that works with it.

At the moment BI chose
Make: Foscam
Model: FI86xx/98xx compatible
Main stream: /livestream/11?action=play&media=video_audio_data

BI normally doesn't control the camera settings. To get the correct config, delete the camera. Add it back and just enter the IP address and login credentials. Then click "Find and Inspect". Bi I will look at it and determine the best choice for you. You may get ONVIF controls that way, but there are no guarantees with off brand cameras.
